CHILD FIND NOTIFICATION

Under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, The Pasquaney School District is committed to providing all educationally disabled children between the ages of two and one half and twenty-one inclusive years who live within the district, with a free and appropriate public
education. Eligible students who have left school prior to graduation have a right to return to receive special education services until graduation or twenty-one years. A disabled student, who does not qualify for services under the IDEA, may qualify for accommodations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
